All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Processing times may vary depending on the product type and demand:

  • Print-on-Demand products (e.g., t-shirts, mugs, wall art): Made to order, typically processed within 3–5 business days.
  • Other products (e.g., shoes, bags, clothing, home décor): Typically processed within 2–4 business days before shipping.

If we experience a high volume of orders or temporary delays from our fulfillment partners, you will be notified by email.

  1. Shipping Times by Region

We ship worldwide from our fulfillment centers and supplier warehouses located in Canada, the United States, Europe, and Asia, depending on the product.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Canada & USA: 5–15 business days
  • United Kingdom & Europe: 7–20 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 10–25 business days
  • Rest of the World: 15–30 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, local postal service efficiency, and customs clearance.

  1. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number and a link to track your package.

Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking information to become active after your order has been shipped.

If you do not receive your tracking details within 7 business days, please contact us at contact@stylefusionca.com.

  1. Split Shipments

To ensure faster delivery, your order may arrive in multiple packages if items are fulfilled from different warehouses or suppliers.
You’ll receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment (if applicable).

  1. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete when placing your order.
We are not responsible for:

  • Packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses provided by customers
  • Additional fees incurred for re-shipping orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

Address updates are only possible if your order has not yet been shipped.

  1. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes imposed by your country’s customs office.
These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the customer’s responsibility.

Customs policies vary by country, so we recommend contacting your local customs office for more details.
Style Fusion Ca is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

  1. Lost or Delayed Packages

While rare, delays can occur due to shipping carrier issues, weather conditions, or customs inspections.
If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us at contact@stylefusionca.com, and we’ll help track or resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we may offer a replacement or store credit depending on the situation.

  1. Delivery Confirmation

Most carriers provide proof of delivery once your package arrives at the destination.
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package:

  • Check with neighbors or your local post office first.
  • Allow 24–48 hours, as some carriers mark packages as delivered before final handoff.
  • Contact us if the issue persists after confirming with the carrier.
  1. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement if they have not yet entered processing or shipping.
Once an order is being fulfilled or has shipped, we cannot guarantee cancellation.

Please email contact@stylefusionca.com as soon as possible if you need to cancel or modify your order.

Currently, we do not ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes (for certain items)
  • Countries under trade restrictions or embargoes
