Shipping times vary by destination:
- Canada & USA: 5–15 business days
- International: 10–25 business days (depending on carrier and customs)
Tracking details will be provided once your order ships. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate, as we are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Customs & Import Duties
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
- Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to love your purchase! However, because some of our products are made-to-order via Print-on-Demand or fulfilled through global suppliers, our return policy varies depending on the item.
Eligible Returns:
We accept returns or exchanges for items that are:
- Damaged or defective upon arrival
- Incorrect due to fulfillment error

Non-Returnable Items:
- Print-on-Demand items (unless defective)
- Sale items or gift cards
- Items worn, washed, or altered
- Return due to change of mind
Refunds:
Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment. Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement if they have not yet entered production or shipping. Once fulfilled, cancellations are not guaranteed.
